Properly packed - quickly shipped
To ensure that your order arrives clean and safe, we pack all items in hygienic PE bags and then pack them in high-quality, transport-safe cardboard boxes. Of course, we work exclusively in compliance with meticulous hygiene guidelines. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. In weeks with public holidays, parcel service providers and forwarding agencies sometimes need a little longer. Please take this into account when planning your delivery.
Mode of delivery
Your order will be shipped by parcel service or freight forwarder depending on the volume. If you would like an express delivery, we can also take care of that for you. We always calculate the costs for this depending on the order and, of course, as cheaply as possible.

surcharge for small quantity orders
It is very important to us to execute even the smallest orders with the utmost care, even if this results in disproportionately higher packaging and handling costs. For orders with a total net value of goods of less than EUR 49.00, we charge a surcharge of EUR 9.90 for small quantities. This amount serves to proportionately cover this additional expense. This way, you can be really sure that every order will reach you the way you want it to.
shipment tracking
In most cases we ship with parcel service DHL or shipping company DACHSER, depending on the order volume. DHL will send you the shipping confirmation and tracking number of your parcel immediately after the first scan at the departure depot. In another email, you will be informed of the delivery date and the approximate time of delivery.
If we deliver your order by DACHSER, you will receive an announcement by email on the morning of the delivery day at the latest. If you inadvertently do not receive any information, you can reach us for queries at +43 5522 21007-0 or info@bikapack.at.
