When do I have to pay a minimum quantity surcharge?

It is important to us to fulfil even the smallest orders with the utmost care, even if this results in disproportionately high packaging and handling costs.

For orders below a total net value of EUR 49,- we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of EUR 9,90.

This amount serves to cover these additional costs on a pro rata basis. We thank you for your understanding.
